In return, qualified referrals can earn the referrer a unique 1-month free lease upon successful lease sign-ups. To be eligible, referred tenants must be new to Belhasa Real Estate, commit to at least a one-year lease, and meet all standard tenant screening criteria. Rewards are exclusive to the referrer and limited to two referrals per tenant's tenure.

We encourage our community to leverage this opportunity by informing the leasing team of any potential leads. It's essential to notify Belhasa Real Estate through the provided referral form, ensuring all details about the prospective tenant are given. Once the eligibility is verified and the referred individual signs a lease, the reward will be communicated directly. Note: Referral rewards are subject to change, are non-transferable, and can only be claimed by the tenant making the referral.
