Leasing & Tenant Relations Executive

Reports To: Leasing & Tenant Relations Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Leasing Officer will be responsible for assisting with the leasing activities of the organization, including but not limited to screening prospective tenants, negotiating lease agreements, preparing and executing lease agreements, preparing monthly and weekly reports.

Responsibilities:

· Supervise full tenancy management of assigned portfolio.

· Assist with the leasing activities of the organization, including advertising, and show vacant units (only if necessary), screen prospective tenants, and negotiate lease agreements.

· Prepare and execute lease agreements – new and renewals.

· Meet the tenants and prospect clients for lease execution.

· Conduct Due Diligence.

· Coordinate with Legal Department on ongoing cases and escalate new.

· Coordinate Move In and Move Out Procedure with the tenants, Security Personnel and Facility Management

· Prepare mailings, notices, letters.

· Update and maintain availability records for assigned property portfolios.

· Maintain accurate leasing records, including tenant files, lease agreements, and other relevant documents both in hard (where applicable) and soft copies.

· Ensure compliance with leasing policies and procedures and provide guidance and support as needed.

· Prepare weekly and monthly reports and any other report assigned.

· Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants and monitor leasing performance to ensure targets are met.

· Assist in supervising 3rd party leasing agents and provide guidance and support as needed.

· Manage and maintain relationships with tenants, ensuring that their needs are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

· Assist in the development and implementation of property management policies and procedures and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.

· Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to leasing and property management and make recommendations for improvements as needed.

· Perform Reliever’s duties.

· Perform any other task assigned by a direct supervisor and/or management.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field.

· Proven experience in property management and leasing, preferably in a similar role.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants and other stakeholders.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

· Knowledge of leasing policies and procedures.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

NOTE: Salary Package AED 5,000.00 all inclusive (non-negotiable)
